    Leander Lite Flexion Gas Charge Locking Cylinder

    This Leander Lite Flexion Gas Charge Locking Cylinder will work with all Leander Lite Flexion tables with an EXISTING Gas Charge Locking Cylinder! This Leander Lite Flexion Gas Charge Locking Cylinder replaces the pushrod mechlock that controls cervical frame height adjustment on older model tables. This Leander Lite Flexion Gas Charge Locking Cylinder is an easy job to install.

    Adjustment for Raising By Itself


    1. Extend Breakaway Chest all the way up
    2. Loosen Jam Nut
    3. Turn Shaft Counter clockwise 1/4 Turn
    4. Check for Lock If still slipping turn another 1/4 Round till it doesn't slip, but still locks and unlocks.
    5. Tighten Lock Nut back down


    Breakaway Adjustment for Not Releasing


    1. Loosen Jam Nut
    2. Turn Shaft Clockwise 1/4 Turn
    3. Check for Lock / Unlock .
    4.If not unlocking turn another 1/4 Round till it still locks and unlocks , but doesn't slip.
    5. Tighten Lock Nut back down
