    This Zenith Cox Flexion Table Power Balance Motor Brake & Puck Assemblywill only work on the Zenith Cox 95 Flexion Table & Zenith Cox 100 Flexion Table..This is for the Replacement Brake & Puck assembly Only thats acts as a Coupler between the actuator(Motor & Actuator is Not included).

    As Preventative Maintenance- When you replace Motor we STRONGLY suggest replacing the Puck and Brake assembly while you have the Motor Off.
