Zenith Cox Flexion U Shim
If a cushion slips, the corresponding motion lock may be adjusted to maintain proper locking action. Locking force is increased by inserting shims.
The Thoracic Rotation Lock is shimmed between the spring shim and lock lever. These "T" shaped shims are inserted from the top (lock unlocked) and are retained by the two tabs resting on the lock body side plates (see picture below)
The Rotation, Flexion, and Lateral Locks are shimmed between the shim retainer plate and the lock body bottom plate. "U" shaped shims are retained by tightening the elastic stop nut on the bottom of the lock body. (See picture below)
Kit comes with all 3 sizes of the "T" & "U" Shims.
