    This Zenith CI & Zenith II Cylinder Flow Control Valve controls the DOWN speed on the Zenith HYlo.When the Zenith CI Cylinder Flow Control Valve goes bad the cylinder down speed will not change even though the valve has been turned ...

    To Adjust the speed The Original Installed Zenith Control valve has no Knob, only a shaft.

    You will need a 7/16 wrench and Pliers to turn the Valve

    Standing at Rear of table valve will be located on Left side Under table attached to main Hydraulic Cylinder

    1. Raise Table to Top

    2. Have someone stand on Right Side of table and Tilt table Over Just a little bit. This to allow access to Underneath the table . Valve is located straight down from Motor Cover on Main cylinder.

    3. Loosen Jam Nut on Valve with 7/16 Wrench

    4. Turn Valve Counter Clockwise to Speed up / Clockwise to slow down. I suggest moving 1 Full turn,sit table back to flat and test speed with weight on it.

    5. Once you are happy with new speed make sure and Tighten the Jam nut as fluid will LEAK from Valve until jam nut is secure again..

    NEW Style Main Hydraulic cylinders have a special CUSH Valve built into them,it slows the table down ONLY at the last 2-3 inches. Older tables will Not have this adjustment..
