    How do I find my serial number On My Elite Chiropractic Table?

    To find your serial number on your Elite chiropractic , look for a black sticker under your ankle reat at the rear of your table. Look under the cervical end of the table for a Black label with 6 numbers on it.

    The Elite Chiropractic table serial number will start with the letter J,will have the the age of the table and is required on all parts you order from Elite Mfg.

    Example Below: Serial # J1432

              

    My Elite Table is broken, how do I know what part I need to fix it?
