    How to drain the trapped AIR out of Zenith II and Zenith III Hylo Tables Hydraulic System

    Symptom = The Zenith Hylo Adjusting Table will struggle to raise fully and it will be extra noisy to raise.

    Problem=  Air has gotten trapped inside the main hydraulic cylinder,hoses and tank. This is because the hydraulics fluid has ran low and the Zenith Hylo Table was raised. This could be  because the cylinder is going bad and leaking, or a line has ruptured or has loosened up from vibration.

    Steps to drain the trapped AIR out of Zenith II Hylo Tables or Zenith III Hylo Tables Hydraulic system 

    1.Hylo your Zenith table to top

    2. Open the Bypass valve and let it slowly go to bottom.

    3. Close Bypass valve and Raise Table again. 

    4. Open Bypass valve and let it slowly go to bottom.

    5. Raise and check the oil level again. Top off oil if needed. 

    6.Doing this will get 70% of the air out of the hydraulic system! Use The Table for one full day of raising and lowering with patients to work the rest of air out.Make sure to leave your Zenith Hylo in the DOWN position all night!!!!

    The Next Morning Before using the table. Raise your Zenith Hylo Table to the FULLY UP POSITON and check the oil. Top off oil if needed. 

    DO NOT OVERFILL THE OIL --

    Think of the Table as it was a Car.


    When the table is raised up (System is pressurized), it’s like having the car running!


    So,Always try to lower your Zenith Hylo Table (System is DE-Pressurized) before going to lunch, and before you leave at night. 


    Doing this helps extend the life of your Zenith Chiropractic Hylo Tables Hydraulics!!!
