At anytime within 30 days of the original purchase date, you may return or exchange any un-used product for a full refund or exchange, less original shipping costs. Refunds are subject to a product inspection & approval. Once approved, refunds will be posted immediately to your credit card. Other products authorized for return must be returned U.P.S. prepaid and insured ($100.00 included free) in the original box with original packaging materials. Credit will ONLY be applied for merchandise approved for a return or exchange- that we actually receive back. If your delivery confirmation can not be proven, there will be no refund.
